Lisa has been around UPBC her whole life, having made her first visit when she was just 10 months old. When she was young, her mom spent each summer volunteering in the camp kitchen. This meant that Lisa and her siblings enjoyed plenty of time in the U.P.'s great outdoors, playing with friends, catching frogs, and more. Lisa was a camper at Girls Camp and JV before serving on summer staff for a number of years. Over the years she has served in the kitchen, led music, counseled, directed 3 separate camps and retreats, and served on the Board of Trustees. She's also spent many hours volunteering with the marketing team, which led her to assume the missionary role of Marketing Manager for UPBC.

Throughout my entire life, camp has played a significant role in my development as a person and as a Christian. It's difficult to adequately put into words the impact it has truly had. I attribute much of my growth to the beauty, people, and spirit that make up U.P. Bible Camp. I'm blessed to be able to serve camp as a missionary and trust that the Lord has placed me in this position for His glory.
My mission, through this position, is to represent and market camp in the best possible light for the ultimate goal of bringing people to Christ. Thank you for your support. Together, let’s bring more kids and families to camp!
